1cfd23f1b0 Enhance command structure and user feedback in task management 
- Added SprintCmd to issues command group
- taskLoop hide survey related commands when in repl
- Updated coding task instructions for clarity
- Removed redundant SprintCmd registration
- Improved REPL command handling for better user experience avoiding a chash if users type pm
- Enhanced task UI to display additional information

2f0426b58f Enhance status component and dashboard functionality 
- Updated the status component template to include a new trigger for task status checks.
- Modified the status component's Go implementation to reflect the new trigger in the HTML output.
- Improved the UpdateIssue handler to conditionally set the assignee based on form input.
- Enhanced the dashboard template to include a new dependencies section for issues, allowing users to add dependencies dynamically.
- Refactored the dashboard's issue rows to utilize JavaScript functions for rendering status, type, and priority badges, improving maintainability and readability.

LPM-140 The Sprinting Update
Adds sprint support across the web UI (board + issue detail), TUI kanban, CLI/REPL, and the Beads-backed storage layer.

Changes:

Introduces sprint entities in storage and exposes sprint operations via IssueService.
Updates web board to support backlog vs. sprint columns, sprint selection, and sprint creation routes.
Updates TUI kanban to show backlog + sprint columns and adds sprint selection/creation actions.
