Refactors application initialization to use the new composable internal/app package (replacing internal/service) and updates the CLI/TUI/Web/REPL/survey flows and utilities to align with the new package layout.
Changes:
Replace internal/service.NewApp usage with internal/app.New across interfaces and commands.
Split internal/utils into focused subpackages (browser, shellcomp, check) and update imports/usages.
Consolidate task UI code under pkg/task and rename public constructors (NewWeb→New, NewTui→New, NewRepl→New, NewCli→New).
